Local housing in Argenteuil — grands ensembles du Val-d'Argent, pavillons des coteaux et commerces du centre — gives bed bugs, German cockroaches and rodents plenty of hiding places. Shared walls, service ducts and bin rooms let infestations travel from one flat to the next, which is why we always inspect the whole dwelling and advise coordinated building treatment.
Free on-site diagnosis, clear written quote, then the right treatment for the species: bed bugs from €450 (two visits, 6-month guarantee), cockroach gel from €140, spraying + gel from €240, rats and mice from €240 (locked bait stations, sealing of entry points). All prices excl. VAT.
Our technicians, spread across Île-de-France, reach Argenteuil quickly and cover Bezons, Sannois, Colombes, Cormeilles-en-Parisis as well as all of Paris and Île-de-France. Available 24/7, discreet unmarked vehicles, invoices suitable for landlords, agencies and the building syndic.

Brown rat
Rattus norvegicus
Size : 20–27 cm, 250–500 g · Risks : Leptospirosis, salmonella, gnawed cables (fire risk)
Sexually mature at 2–3 months; 4–7 litters a year of 6–12 pups — one pair can produce over 1,000 descendants in a year.

Bed bug
Cimex lectularius
Size : 4–7 mm adult, 1 mm eggs · Risks : Bites, insomnia, anxiety, infected scratches
The female lays 2–5 eggs a day, 200–500 in her life, glued into cracks. They hatch in 7–15 days and go through 5 nymph stages, each needing a blood meal — hence the second visit 15–30 days later.

German cockroach
Blattella germanica
Size : 10–15 mm, light brown with two dark stripes · Risks : Salmonella, E. coli, asthma allergens, food contamination
The most prolific species: each egg case holds 30–40 eggs, 4–8 cases per female. From egg to adult in 6–12 weeks — a kitchen goes from 10 to thousands in a few months.
